The Latvian town of Sigulda will be hosting the second stage of the 2024 Bobsleigh and Skeleton World Cup in mid-December, according to the Latvian Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (LBSF).
Skeleton racers will compete on December 13, followed by bobsleigh competitors on December 14 and 15.
The 2024/2025 skeleton season began in mid-November in South Korea and China. Bobsleigh athletes will start their new season in early Germany together with skeleton athletes in Altenberg, Germany.
Sigulda will be the fifth stage for skeleton athletes, while for bobsleigh it will be the second stage with two separate doubles competitions.
