As 2025 approaches, Latvian airline airBaltic proudly unveils its annual calendar, featuring 12 cities across the Baltic countries and showcasing employees from various roles within the airline – including cabin crew, pilots, maintenance technicians, and office staff – all of whom volunteered to participate in this initiative. The calendar’s photo shoots took place in cities such as Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn, Ventspils, Klaipeda, and more, capturing the unique charm of the Baltic States.
The theme of the 2025 calendar is inspired by the 35th anniversary of the Baltic Way – a historic moment when people from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia joined hands in a peaceful demonstration of unity. To celebrate this milestone and highlight Baltic pride, airBaltic combined its appreciation for its employees with a tribute to the region’s stunning towns and cities. To engage the public, the airline also conducted a poll inviting people to vote for their favorite Baltic cities and towns. The selected cities are not only featured in the calendar but will also be honored as names for 48 airBaltic planes.
Each featured location was carefully selected for the calendar to represent the diversity and charm of the Baltics, from the historic streets of Riga and Vilnius to the tranquil coastlines of Klaipeda and Ventspils. The calendar highlights the region’s cultural and natural richness, making it a visual journey through the Baltic States.
The photographs were taken by Aiga Rēdmane, who has a long-standing collaboration with airBaltic. She was assisted by Ģirts Raģelis, with styling by Līga Banga, and hair and makeup provided by artists Aija Ūdentiņa and Baiba Tiltiņa.
