Lithuanian clothing company exceeds sales forecasts for 2024

The Apranga company, which is the largest clothing retailer in the Baltic States, posted EUR 354.2 million in retail revenues in 2024 including VAT. The company is owned by the MG Group, and that was an increase of 8.5% over the previous year. This slightly exceeded the company’s forecasts, and for the time being, the data have not yet been audited.

Apranga said in October of last year that it was maintaining its annual forecast, which had been announced at the beginning of the year. The expectation was an increase in revenues of 7% year-on-year to a total of EUR 377 million.

In the event, revenues of the Apranga Group grew by 7.6% on the year to EUR 211.8 million, by 14.1% to EUR 90.7 million in Latvia, and by 3.4% to EUR 51.7 million in Estonia, Apranga declared on Friday at the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange.

In December alone the group’s revenues increased by an annual 9.1% to EUR 36.7 million.  Apranga has said that this was the highest monthly revenue amount in the company’s history.

Apranga operates a network of 171 stores in the Baltic States, with 103 in Lithuania, 44 in Latvia, and 24 in Estonia.
