Lithuanian, Finnish company investment approved

Atsinaujinancios Energetikos Investicijos, which is managed by the investment management firm Lords LB Asset Management, has partnered with Taaleri Energia from Finland to obtain permission to acquire 50% of PV Holding, which is an asset management company which owns Pakruojo Vejas – a wind park developer.

Lithuania’s Competition Council declared on Tuesday that it had approved the declaration, which will give the two companies joint control over PV Holding.

According to the Lithuanian Centre of Registers, Lords AB Management now owns 100% of PV Holding, which was established four months ago. Taaleri Solarwind III Holdings does not operate in Lithuania, but its affiliates are developing solar and wind farms.

In April 2024, Atsinaujinancios Energetikos Investicijos partnered with another Taaleri Energia fund to acquire wind farms in Lithuania’s Anyksiai, Jonava and Rokiskis districts.
