Singaporean fintech Telcoin establishes 2nd company in Vilnius

Telcoin, a Singaporean fintech company, has established its already second company in Lithuania.

Telcoin was established in Vilnius on July 18 and is led by David Stuart, a UK citizen and vice-president operations at Singapore’s Telcoin, according to the Center of Registers.

The Vilnius company was set up by Telcoin Holdings, while Telcoin’s American founder Paul Neuner set up another company, Telcoin Europe, in Vilnius in September 2022.

Telcoin claims on its website it has partnered with mobile network operators and mobile money platforms globally to bring fast and affordable DeFi products to international communities. It partners with mobile operators and mobile money platforms worldwide, where it has over 5.2 billion active followers.

The company is registered and regulated in the US, Canada and Australia, with head offices in Los Angeles, Tokyo and Singapore.
